Please cancel your appointment 12 hours before your scheduled start time. If you cancel within 12 hours you will be charged 50% of the service fee. If you cancel within 6 hours or do not show up you will be charged 100% of the service fee. If you are more than 10 minutes late the appointment may be cancelled and you will be charged 100% of the service fee. Thank you for understanding.
